Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love what you ordered. While most sales are considered final, I’m open to returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to start the process.

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs
• Any additional shipping and handling fees for exchanges

Items must be returned in unused, original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order items (including quilts) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
